FAQ's

What if I am unable to climb a flight of stairs to the office?

For clients with limited mobility and/or disability, we may set up a mobile appointment with a discounted rate. Please call to schedule.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

-Showering before your session is appreciated, but it's understood that sometimes a massage after a long workday is needed. (We do not mind body hair or the care about the last time you shaved.)

-Limiting caffeine before your appointment may help your ability to relax during your session.

What should I wear to the appointment?

There is no specific dress code. Simply wear something comfortable and easy to remove before your session. For stretching sessions, it is suggested to wear athletic wear that will not hinder mobility.

What can I expect during the session?

A conversation with your therapist should happen before the massage begins and should include any health concerns, goals for your session, and how to lay on the table for the beginning of the session. Your therapist will adjust the sheets to keep you feeling secure throughout your session, uncovering each section as they need to.

Should I take off my underwear?

It is completely to your discretion of how much you undress. You will still receive a thorough massage regardless of your decision.

What if regular business hours do not accomodate my work hours?

Special accommodations may be made via phone, per the massage therapist's discretion. Mobile services are not offered outside of regular business hours for the safety of the massage therapist.
